Last Updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Snap Marketing Inc., operating as Snap Printing and Snap Labels (“Snap Printing,””we,””us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at [insert website URL] (the “Site”), place an order through our website or online ordering portal, request a quote, contact our sales or customer service team, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). “You” and “your” refer to any individual whose personal information we collect, including website visitors, quote requesters, customers, and portal users.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Services, or applicable law. We will post the revised Policy on our Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

2. Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of the Site, and from third parties.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information: name, company name, mailing/shipping address, email address, and phone number, submitted through our website contact form, quote request forms, or by phone or email.
  • Order and account information: billing and shipping details, order history, product specifications, and account credentials (username and password) if you create an account on our online ordering portal or e-commerce store.
  • Artwork and file uploads: label, packaging, and design files you upload to us for production, including any identifying or proprietary information contained in those files.
  • Payment confirmation information: payment method and transaction confirmation details processed through our third-party payment processor (see Section 6 below). We do not directly store full credit card numbers.
  • Customer support and communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, including the content of your messages, emails, or phone conversations.
  • Marketing preferences: information you provide when subscribing to our email marketing communications.

Providing this information is voluntary, but declining to provide certain information (for example, shipping details or payment information) may prevent us from fulfilling your order or request.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our Site (“Usage Data”), including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and general location information (such as city or region derived from your IP address). We collect this information through:

  • Cookies used for basic website functionality, such as enabling core site features and remembering session information.
  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use our Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate the Site.

We currently use cookies only for essential site functionality and analytics purposes described above. If we introduce advertising or marketing cookies in the future (for example, Facebook or Instagram tracking pixels), we will update this Policy and provide appropriate notice and choices as required by law.

2.3 Information We Obtain from Third Parties

  • Payment processors, who provide us with payment confirmation and transaction details when you pay via our handheld card terminal or online payment portal.
  • Advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which may provide us with aggregated performance information about our ad campaigns.
  • Service providers who support our website, ordering portal, and e-commerce platform.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

  • To process quotes, orders, and payments, and to produce and ship your labels, stickers, signage, or other printed products.
  • To create, maintain, and support your online ordering portal or e-commerce account.
  • To communicate with you about your order, account, or inquiries, including customer service and support.
  • To send marketing and promotional communications by email, and to advertise our products and services through Facebook and Instagram, where you have not opted out and where permitted by law.
  • To maintain and improve our Site, Services, and customer experience, including through analytics.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or other illegal or malicious activity.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, and to enforce our terms of service and other agreements.

We use your personal information only for the purposes described above or other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection, and only to the extent necessary to provide our Services or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

4. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies to support core website functionality, such as maintaining your session and remembering basic preferences, and to power Google Analytics, which helps us understand Site usage in aggregate. Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through your browser settings; please note that disabling essential cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Social Media

We maintain a presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, where we share content about our products and services. Any information you provide to us through these platforms (such as comments, messages, or reviews) is governed by both this Policy and the privacy policy of the applicable platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party social media platforms.

6. Payment Processing

Payments made in person are processed through a third-party handheld payment terminal, and online payments are processed through a third-party digital payment portal. These third-party payment processors collect and process your payment card information directly; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policy of the applicable payment processor.

7. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Customer files and personal information are stored on a local server maintained at our physical business location. This server is protected by a firewall and is only accessible from within our facility; it is not exposed to remote or public access. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend that you avoid sending highly sensitive information to us through unsecured channels such as standard email.

8. Data Retention

We retain customer personal information, including order records and uploaded artwork files, for five (5) years from the date of your last transaction or interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, tax or accounting recordkeeping obligations) or unless you request earlier deletion in accordance with Section 11 below. After this period, we securely delete or destroy your information, except where we are legally required to retain it.

9. How We Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, only as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law:

  • Third-party payment processors, to process in-person and online payments.
  • Website, e-commerce, and online ordering portal service providers who host and support our Site and portal.
